Basket workshop
Sitting next to a craftsman, listening to the sound of hands working, weaving olive shoots and reeds following ancient gestures.
In this workshop you will learn to make a basket with natural and local materials, just like it was once done in the Apulian countryside.

Not a simple object to take with you but the memory of an encounter with tradition intertwined with the heart of Puglia.

In an authentic trullo, a local grandmother welcomes you like one of the family and reveals the secrets of recipes passed down through the generations.
Handmade orecchiette, ragù that tastes like Sunday and stories that taste like home.

Cheesemaker course
Between dry stone walls and centuries-old olive trees, the day begins with a walk through the scents and silence of an authentic masseria.
Here you will discover peasant life up close, visiting stables, pastures and laboratories where time seems to have stopped.
An expert cheesemaker will guide you in a live demonstration: you will see mozzarella, ricotta and fresh cheeses being made, just as they used to do.
And finally, the most awaited moment: a genuine tasting of the freshly made products, to be savored slowly, with a heart full of wonder.
